Dear Friends & Family,
As many of you know, when we first opened Echos Hair Design nearly three decades ago, my mother began a tradition that became one of the most loved parts of our salon family. Each year, just before Thanksgiving and through Christmas, she would make her famous Cuban eggnog.
Clients looked forward to it so much that many of you would schedule your appointments around when the eggnog was arriving. You would often tell her it was the best you’d ever tasted and ask for her secret recipe. Those compliments always made her beam with joy—it wasn’t just about the eggnog, it was about the happiness she felt in making our guests feel special, and in supporting her son and daughter-in-law.
I wanted to share with you that my mother is now on her way to the next chapter of her journey, as she will soon be leaving us here on earth. Over the years, she deeply cherished all the kind words you shared when she came into the shop and met some of you in person.
The eggnog she lovingly prepared became more than just a holiday drink—it was an event that brought warmth, laughter, and connection to our salon family. That legacy of love, joy, and tradition will forever live in our hearts.
Thank you all for the memories you gave her, and for allowing her to bring a little piece of her Cuban heritage into your lives each holiday season.
With gratitude,
Eduardo & Jina

Every word, memory, and gesture has helped me and Jina keep going, and we’re deeply grateful for your love and support.
With love and thanks,
