We suggest that you make your appointment in advance so you are able to secure your preferred time and treatment. Walk-ins are welcome.

Reservation & Cancellation

​

A credit card is required to hold your reservation for first-time clients. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 72 hours prior to your reservation. A late cancellation will be charged 100% of the service cost, and a no-cancellation (no-show) will be charged 100% of the service cost.

​

Arrival Time

​

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to check in and fill out any paperwork. Arriving late may limit the amount of time for your service.

​

Minimum Age

​

Clients under the age of 12 are welcome to receive salon and spa services but must be accompanied by an adult.

​

Payment

​

We accept all major credit cards and cash. We are unable to accept personal or traveler checks. Prices do not include tax or gratuity. Please note that a deposit may be required at the time of booking. All prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Gift Cards

​

The perfect gift for any occasion, Echos Hair Design Salon gift cards are available for all salon and spa services in the amount of your choice. They may also be used to purchase retail items at Echos.

Private Parties & Events

​

Echos Hair Design facilities and services are available for private parties or events. Please contact our Event Coordinator for more information at echoshairdesign@gmail.com.

Your well-being is important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, or disabilities. Our technician will make every effort to accommodate any special needs. Your safety and comfort, along with our staff's, are our utmost concerns.

Note: Echos Hair Design is not responsible for any damage to clothing left on under your styling/color gown, so please dress accordingly. Echos Hair Design Salon is also not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
