Today we celebrated the opening of Parachute Bakery at the Ferry Building. Chef Nazir’s case is a gallery: Almond Croissant, Cannelé, Morning Bun, Pecan Financier, Croissant, Pain au Chocolat—each baked with balance, texture, and shine.
